SINNERS HQ DEMOLISHED
Thursday, demolition began on Sinner's HQ and future site of the Destiny Two Tower. Mayor Whacked and his wife Fi started the demolition on what was previously known as Sinner's Headquarters. Working with the construction crew, they started to demolish the building. By the time they were hauling the remains in dump trucks to the water's edge near the bridge where they proceeded to dump it into the water contaminating our once again clean water supply, others had started to hear the news, Sinner's included. Sinner's didn't appreciate losing their HQ attempting to put the demolition to a stop. Words were lost on them as the Mayor attempted to speak with Zeke, boyfriend of Sinner's President, Presh. He was too angry by this time to listen and instead decided to shoot a few bullets aimed in their direction. Mayor Whacked, his wife and Dina, Syn City Bank's CEO were taken down in the gun fight. The police weren't there to defend their Mayor. Sinner's have been verbally told they'll have a place to use as their HQ in the new Annex that is under development but are on the verge of losing it after the gunfire on Thursday. Zeke was heard stating "We are not going into the shitty cramped annex." Only time will tell.
Sinners weren't the only ones riled up this day as some were quite upset about the dumping of the "trash" into the City's water supply. One such citizen could be heard yelling "THIS IS PUBLIC AREA DUMPING YOU KNOW!?" As many Synizens know, several months ago, Syn City's water supply was declared contaminated and the CDC called in to clear up the condition brought on by several different causes and only in the past few months was it declared free of contamination. The current Mayor, only an officer of the law at that time being one of the city's civil servants responsible for following through and making sure the water was restored to acceptable conditions. It was a shock to many to see him now responsible for contaminating it once again. The extent of the contamination at this time is unknown. When the Mayor was approached concerning the allegations as well as the rumours being spread about him, he put out the following press release in response.

It has come to the attention of the Mayor that the confusion of the citizens is breeding rumors and widespread paranoia and fear bordering on panic. The Mayor wishes to let everyone know that not only is a new Sinners Headquarters coming soon to the freshly cleared land, but that gang activity in Syn City is at an all time high. The Mayor, in his counter-intuitive mentality knows that in fact gang warfare and activity is good for the city, especially since the PD has almost tripled the amount of revenue being brought in by bribes and bails.
The B&B task force (bribes & bails) within SCPD has been hard at work to deliver excellent options for the lesser skilled criminals within the city (i.e. the ones who get caught) and the new programs involving high bribes for immediate release or lesser bail payment for controlled justice are easing the overcrowding in the jail that began once the old PD was torn down. The new PD is smaller people, and let's face it jail time will be less pleasant in the future.
As for the Syn City DC Project the bonds approved by the voters have been 85% used up and the Mayor has announced the delay of the Destiny Two Tower indefinitely. Instead, the Sinners Motorcycle Club will be allowed to rebuild a headquarters on the site, which shall remain city property under lease to Sinners.
In a moving speech given during a particularly lucid moment the Mayor had this to say: "Honey? Where's my super suit?""

VIPERS PROCLAIM RULE OVER SYN
Late in the night Monday, Vipers made their way about the City putting up signs and artwork on headquarters in the city leaving no HQ front door untouched. The artwork displayed so clearly on the old Sinner Headquarters not only insulted Sinnoso, the Sinner and Oso alliance but also seemingly intended to call out Crisis, local Sinner boss. This isn't the only tagging to place lately, it seems the amount of HQ fires has decreased while the amount of tagging has increased giving insurance companies a reprieve I'm sure.
RECEIPTS BETA SYSTEM STARTS FEB 1st
Sunday it was announced that the Receipts System Deputy Mayor Dolly has been working on since her days serving on the city council, will do a beta test run running from February 1st through March 15th. It is hoped the system will improve the economy going on the economic data provided. Each business participating will keep a record of transactions between the business and the consumer. When a consumer makes a purchase, the business makes a receipt giving it to the customer. The customer then turns that receipt in to the drop box located on the 1st floor of City Hall. The city empties the receipt box and records the collected data and based on the amount of Brunsens spent, the business owner will receive Brunsens in which to pay it's employee's salaries.
The information supplied to the city will be used to create economic policies. This is just the beta test to gauge reactions and is completely voluntary. Businesses participating in the beta system will have a placecard at their business to inform the others that they are participating. It is the hope of Deputy Mayor Dolly and others that this system will be the first step to improving our economic system "We have all become hoarders saving up all our Brunsens for licenses and bail. While business owners are spending their savings to maintain their business and employees, run ads and promotions, taking a risk to better our community... all on their own. They do it without support, but support is needed in the long run. Today ah am here to tell ya'll that soon they will have that support with a plan ah been working on." If all goes as planned, economic situations are expected to improve for all involved from the Consumer and business owners small and large alike, to the City "for the first time ever, the city is going to support both independent and group owned businesses by giving the business owner bonus Brunsens that will be based of a percentage of earnings through receipts. Thats right ya actually taxing us, the city for running a darn good business, providing jobs and bettering the city. The goals of the business owner and the city are aligned, its about time we work together. " Next Sunday, the Deputy Mayor will have a kick off conference to inform the citizens of which businesses will be participating in the beta test. Thursday, a city meeting was held at the new City Hall in which the discussion took place with the Mayor and Deputy Mayor about the new land to be acquired by the city and what to do with it despite the City's lack of Funds. Some key topics or ideas that were discussed are listed below. The recordings of the meeting was quite chaotic but we did our best to decipher them and pull out the most repeated and agreed on ideas. As far as the new land is concerned, nothing is set in stone as of yet. The discussion has merely started. The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Council want to be sure it's done right the first time so much more planning is expected. As a side note, as of Thursday, City Hall is no longer a safe zone.

2. Bank owned businesses would be available for both rp and combat and would be moved to the new land.
3. No safe zones in the new land.
4. 1v1's allowed in the old lands but no sim crossing during combat. Once you are fighting in a sim, you can't go to the other.
5. All shops and businesses on the new sim will NOT be sz's. No vendors allowed.
6. Fewer safe zones in old lands limited to the club and rented apartments or houses only.
7. Homeless shelter on the land with a teleport to one in the air for campers. From which campers can jump or tp down to the ground area.
8. Gang territories with HQ's and businesses clustered together in their designated area.
9. Script count on avy's lowered from 250 to 150.
10. Limited crossing points from one sim to the other.
11. PD and bail system improvement with a prison added on old land where you spend time until your court date if not bailed out.
12. The idea came up to put the HQs all in the new sim and split the city into "wards", that would allow areas for safe(ish) rp if you're on your own turf and getting your ass kicked if you stray into the wrong part of town
13. More common rp areas such as warehouses, parks, etc
14. Historically, the city is set for 4 gangs plus the PD. If a new gang wants to arise, they must get it approved by Kali and grow themselves eventually running another previously established gang out of town.
15. Neutral areas in the middle of the new area that can be taken in gang wars such as businesses and parks.

From the ever popular Star Wars to Doctor Who and Total Recall, Synizens came out dressed as their favorite Science Fiction character with DJ Amber hosting and spinning the tunes. Slippery poles causing some to fall on their ass while others enjoyed the always entertaining Trivia Ball. Winners of the contest were Dolly, Shisuka, and Hystyria.

In this weeks Who's Who, we have none other then the badass Sinners VP himself, Crisis! He's pretty well known across the city, well respected by some Synizens, although hated by others. Well for those who don't know all that much about him, here's your chance to catch up! Well, along with so many others currently living in Syn City, he had a rough start to life. He was 'born in the west somewhere' along with his twin, Spoiled Khaos, but unfortunately their mother gave them both up when they were at a young age of just 2 and they were split up. He was then adopted by a new family, and things didn't really go to plan there for Crisis, he claims to have been beaten up by his abusive foster parents, around the age of 15, he ended up murdering them both with his foster sister, Sami but they were caught in the act, and he was imprisoned for 10 years. Once he got out of prison, he had nowhere to go, no place to call home until Sami brought him to Syn City. After wandering out the streets of Syn for a while, just happy to be out of prison after 10 years stuck in a cell, he eventually joined Vipers MC, his foster sister believed it was going to be his new family, he did enjoy some of the time he had at Vipers, he was a bit of a badass biker at the time, riding around and drinking all the time with Black Venom, but eventually he and Black had some sort of falling out and didn't see eye to eye on some things. Around that time, he had already fallen in love with Celestia Rae, who is currently his beautiful wife and the current Sinners MC Vice President.
He first met the love of his life when he was hanging out with Black, when he was still in Vipers. At the time, the hatred between Sinners and Vipers wasn't so bad, and they were occasionally able to hang out without it resulting in bloodshed and bullets. Crisis and Black decided to visit Sinners bar one day, and he was introduced to Fiona, Smexy and none other then Celestia. The moment he met her, has astounded, he immediately knew he'd stumbled on something amazing. As I was interviewing Crisis, he began reminiscing about how she talked, walked and well, looked! It was quite the issue for him, being in love with someone from the enemies gang, but eventually it all worked out well for him, he left Vipers for Sinners, and began working up the ranks of Sinners, and eventually achieved Vice President of Sinners, the role he currently holds to this day. Things for him and Celestia just improved after he joined Sinners, he married her on June 5th, 2012 and they had a beautiful baby girl together named Aubrey Rayne Bleeds, that's 1 1/2 years old.
When asked about his future at Syn and the possibility that he would always remain a Sinner, he was very blunt and honest in his response, as those that know Crisis, he always is. ''I am not a bullshit sort of guy, I can't say I will always be a Sinner, in profession, shit happens and people die, but I will ALWAYS be a Sinner, that means more to each one of us and for that I is proud, wherever I am, I'll be kicking ass and loving my family. Those others better hope I don't run out of the latter, cuz then there's just one thing left". They were rather strong words there from the Sinners VP, he clearly cares deeply for his family at Syn and would seemingly do anything to protect it. Most of us know what happened to the Sinners Headquarters by now, and well for those of you that don't, the Syn City Mayor, Mr Smith tore it down! When Crisis was questioned about it, he thought it may have been unsafe and had some issues, but wasn't quite sure, but for tearing down his home, the mayor better watch his ass, because Crisis is! He was rather quick to reword what he said after he realized how ridiculous it sounded, but it sounds like a bit of a warning for the mayor to me. He believes the mayor knows the right thing to do, and if he's given enough time, perhaps 'given enough time to think and with a little persuasion, he'll make the right choices, make of that what you will!
He firmly believes the future of Sinners, in his personal opinion, is limitless. Sinners never have the time to relax as they're nearly always surrounded by riff raff around the city, but alike any club, business or friendship, there is ups and downs but one thing Sinners will ALWAYS do is bounce back up, no matter what. He did say that Sinners were in the process of giving back to the community of Syn having just struck a deal with the well known Toys for Tots program.
Well there you have it, the story of Crisis, the Sinner VP. He did have one final message for the citizens of Syn, his voice rose somewhat louder as he said this, so be warned! ''We're coming for you!!'' was his message to the public, and if anyone had a problem with him, they could come take it up with him personally!

Some believe the city needs some fresh blood...new citizens because everyone is family here. Fi, the Mayor's wife was shot by her own brother in the demolition confusion Thursday. The family is definitely in need of counciling so that they can sit down and talk about what is happening. It has been suggested that there be a school built to educate the citizens on how to deal with anger issues and to help improve familial relationships.
3. Apparently even Gang Bosses enjoy kinky fun time to time as is apparent by the picture of JJ in a collar taken while Hyst screamed out "Let it be known, JJ AKA King, is MINE NOW".4. It has been rumored, that with the city taking the Sinners HQ, Precious has taken her retribution and poisoned the Mayor. 5. The health of the Mayor isn't the only thing being questioned lately. It is also rumoured that his sanity may be an issue as well. One citizen was heard saying "the mayors been doing crazy shiz all damn day!" Others would argue that it hasn't been just one day but almost the entire time he's been in office. Is it true? Has our Mayor lost his mind? Is whatever is keeping him under the weather the cause for him losing his sanity?
6. According to Sam and Black, all the Vipers money is at hill but you have to wear a hot dog suit to find it.
7. Mr Fredo Gotti's preference is to to sit alone, playing only with himself according to a statement heard at the City Hall meeting this past Thursday.
8. Red's recent makeover is getting her more attention then expected. It seems the changes have brought about her having a stalker who has fallen in love with her that goes by the name of David. I wonder what her parents think about some strange man telling others he's in love with the redheaded slut. Has she told her overbearing protective father about her stalker?
9. Dia's been keeping herself busy and Alister is apparently working on collaring girls to add to his chain again according to local rumour. He collared Dia for three days recently. Who will be next?
