CITY HALL CONDEMNED
Monday morning, the old City hall was the site of a violent event and sustained fire damage. In the investigation the presence of asbestos and rodent fecal matter in the walls was exposed. SCPD has been directed to arrest anyone found on the premises and charge them with trespassing which is a class B misdemeanor carrying a fine of $1,000 Brunsens for the first offense. Anyone with any information about how the fire was started, is asked to contact the SCPD.
HORRIFIC CRIME IN SYN CITY
Midweek, something horribly horrific and horrendous, a total abomination took place in our fair city! The unimaginable...the unbelievable.....a tragedy.........the destruction of a snowman! Who would do such a terribly shameful act? It is unknown but if anyone has ANY information on the Grinch who is attempting to steal Christmas and lacks the Christmas spirit that has started to grow in our City, please inform the SCPD IMMEDIATELY! They must be stopped! Send the Bah Humbug's of Syn City a message...decapitation of snowmen will NOT be tolerated!

For the first time, our private efforts are being publicly shared. There is no better time then now to release the Year End Gang Report. Since 2012 we have collected data and developed secret algorithms to calculate rank. For fairness, we have ignored months worth of archive data before DA's second month. Recent data carries more weight in the algorithms. These calculations are based on data collected September 7th through December 7th. Enjoy.

Note: Sinners need to retain stronger members to protect and grow newer members. These 2 stayed loyal when it was cool to jump ship. Today they help fill a big void.

Note: SCPD needs more reputable rpers and stronger fighters. They gained both with these 2, enough said.

!!!CHRISTMAS WEDDING!!!
Sleigh bells won't be the only bells ringing this Christmas, wedding bells will be too as Bruce and Care of DA join hands in holy matrimony on December 25th at Syn City's beach by the bridge. Come one and all to help them celebrate. The time is to be determined.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
Syn City Emergency management is declaring condition fuchsia, repeat, a severe winter storm is approaching and all exposed wet parts are to be covered immediately to avoid frostbite. Condition Fuschia requires citizens to take cover and cuddle immediately, unless you're single, in which case you are required to forcibly become NOT single and cuddle with your victim until the warmth is gone, then rinse and repeat.

SYNFUL PLEASURES
Synful Pleasures hosts events every Saturday from 7 - 9 pm SLT and Sundays from 12 - 2 pm SLT. This week there were a few who made their big debuts. Synful Pleasure's newest DJ, Jessica and Dancer, Crissy. Everyone in their sexy Mr & Mrs. Clause outfits. It is still unknown where Waldo is butttt all had fun! Azaen, Crissy, and Suka brought home the prize from the contest.
Sunday, it was all about sports at the Winter Sports event. Seems many had a late night and was too tired to shop and dress in an outfit but none the less, many Synizens came out and had a blast. The winners of the contest were Faye, Icarus, and Amber!

You've all seen her standing quietly here and there about the City but what you don't know is that there's more to her then the quiet reposed her that she has in the past few months shown to the City. This week, you'll learn more about the quiet Petal Pettori by reading below.
She came from a small down and like most small towns, there was little for a young teenager to do and so found herself getting into trouble more and more until she met the wrong people getting involved in the typical gateway trouble...drugs, booze, and violence. She found herself sleeping on the street and in jail more and more as her new way of life started to push her old way of living further and further away. Her parents sent her off to a Military Academy but with her lack of taking orders and respecting rank got her kicked out after only a year. During this time, she spent her days travelling the world until she met a local Yakusa leader in Japan and worked for them as a transporter, spy, and escort...among various other duties. In her time there, she was trained in fighting and in the old traditions of nin jutsu. Once her training was complete, she was sent on a mission that would change her life, she was sent to investigate a branch of their group located in Syn City when the big boss didn't trust the leader. The name of the group? The Hattori Clan.
Wasn't long after arriving in Syn that the Big Boss's suspicions were confirmed and they were cut loose from the organization. By this time, she had no interest in returning to Japan and so found a job with the Oso Mob. According to Pettori, "Well at first in a city like this, the new one, you need to show people not to fuck with you. Yeah a loud mouth gets you in trouble a lot, and you find yourself on the ground a lot beaten and shot .. but.. at the end it's not about being the one winning fights. It's about standing for your beliefs and even (if) they beat you down every day, you have to be true to yourself and stand up with pride again." Well said words by the quiet one and possibly good advice to those new in our fair City. When asked about the accusations that she was a stalker, she responded "all i say is to win a war know your enemies...na seriously i just enjoy doing nothing and watch the people in the city ..." There you have it folks...she's not stalking you and trying to find out what you had for breakfast, she's merely doing what she enjoys.
Several months ago, she left Oso seeing as they had a difference of opinion on how to handle enemies. She has no hard feelings towards them stating that "I respect them, they respect me." Currently, she is unemployed and not associated with any gang though there have been local job offers from various gangs of the city for her to be a prostitute for them. Her current Pimp, Lynsey, is looking into those offers. When asked for her advice to others..."Don't take yourself too serious, enjoy your life here, have fun.. all in all thats why we are here." She did have a special message to two certain Synizens who she referred to as the Burger King and Dairy Queen "There is only one real Queen in town ...and thats me ... get over it." Petal did state however that she does not intend to take over the Kingdom of Syn as Queen by marrying Black. Will she be able to dethrone the Queen or will she accept one of the local job offers of prostitution...only time will tell.

2. The city is looking for sites for the Destiny Two Tower already. The sites on the short list are Oso Park in its entirety, the trailer park, and Sinners HQ. Survey teams and site selection process is being kept very quiet. Though there have been small red flags spotted at Synful Pleasures and the Cafe as well. It is unknown at this time what they're being surveyed for. It is believed that Synful Pleasures will be receiving an update while the Cafe will be torn down and a McDonald's put in.
3. Someone broke into Wolf's office above Wiseguys and claimed the OSO territory as their own.
4. Sinners are responsible for the decapitated snowman at the park. Will Oso revenge their fallen comrades?
5. Sinners have defeated Oso for their award for hiring the most mercs. As of late, Sinners have been reported hiring Mercenaries to fight even the newest gang in town, DA.
6. The Mayor has just nominated Lynsey Werefox as City Manager. She will report to Dolly and starts immediately, subject to approval by the council at the next meeting.
7. DA has staked claims on what was previously known to many as Viper/Oso Park...now DA says it's DA Park. Will they hold the claim of the park or will it be taken from them?
8. Late Saturday night, an Oso member bowed down to Sam recognizing her status as Queen of Syn when Sam collected munnies on hill.
9. Sinners set Oso's HQ and Casino on fire. Apparently the peaceful end to the alliance might not have been so peaceful.
10. While DA was enjoying their win of Viper Park for the time being, they left their Headquarters empty and unmanned, Sinners decided to take it over leaving behind something telling DA what Sinners truly thought of them.
